Serco was tasked to work directly with a general contractor from Dallas who was asked to perform this job in Houston. The project involved architectural features including a large detention pond with formline walls, a waterfall feature, docks with specialized handrails and a bridge crossing the amenity pond.
Serco answered the challenge by developing detailed timeline schedules ensuring that we worked closely with other trades to complete the project on time.
The structural concrete part of this project involved constructing a bridge. The bridge has a 125 Ft. length which spanned the amenity pond. The bridge had pilings, abutments, pier caps and preformed panels.
Serco responded to the requirements by working closely with the suppliers and providing survey control to make sure that the bridge was installed correctly. This project finished project on time and under budget.
